Why is it fake and scripted? Who knows. Maybe it’s because the actor who plays the judge was apparently once disbarred and prohibited from practicing law or being a real judge in California.

But it’s a real time waster. Fake, fake, fake - judge, parties, issues, disputes. Mind-killing television.
